Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

A: Returns
- We guarantee all purchases made through Jaggerybags.com.
- We will honor all refunds within the first 14 days of purchase.
- Please note we do not offer Exchanges. It is much easier and faster to just return the item to us and place a new order at your convenience.
- You are responsible for the costs of returning goods to us. Any goods returned are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the goods or boxes.
- We are not responsible for any goods that are returned to us in error.
- We take pride in each of our products and are keen to know more about your decision to return our goods.
B: Refunds
- A refund will be processed in accordance with relevant cooling-off provisions of the jurisdiction and can only be claimed in the form of same mode used for making the original payment.
- Please note that all refunds are processed manually and may take up to 21 days.
- Shipping fee/postage and handling charges are non-refundable.
C: Cancellation
We understand that our customers may change their mind after pressing the ‘Buy’ button. In such an event, customers can cancel order within 30mins. No questions asked.
D: Damaged goods
Goods once damaged, used/ partially used will not be refunded. MDL reserves the right to not comply with the refund policy if reasonable doubt exists in relation to:
- Goods damaged – either by user or in transition
- Goods partially used – reflecting partial use
- Presence of malpractice or an intent or intention to do so
